3i Infotech launches Orion@Apparel
3i Infotech, a provider of IT solutions, has launched Orion@Apparel, a suite of software products to address the technology and automation needs of India's booming apparel industry. Launched at Tirupur, Asia's largest apparel hub, Orion@Apparel will help garment manufacturers, exporters, and buying houses to automate, measure and enhance the entire supply chain in real time.
The suite comprises of Orion Operator Efficiency Monitoring System, Operator efficiency control, skill matrix, effective production planning, Orion Product Tracking System, Orion Quality Audit and warehouse audits.By implementing this end to end system, an apparel manufacturer will be able to integrate his entire operation while providing management with online, real-time access to all processes at the click of a mouse. Additionally, they will be able to identify lapses in the supply chain, determine their causes and fix these through the system. The software is also capable of facilitating pictorial representations of the functional pipeline thus making for an interactive user interface.
